University of Houston/Clear Lake, has a Bachelor of Science

Craig D. Conlee, REALTOR®
 I am a 4th generation Texan and a 1975 graduate of Texas A&M. However, my true education and expertise comes from my extensive life experience dealing with people in many different careers.
As a young man, I worked in the family moving and storage business. Mayflower agents for over 50 years, the Conlee family moved everything - courthouses, libraries, and thousands of tons of family heirlooms. My experience in this business gives me a great understanding of people, their valued possessions, and of trucks and equipment. I understand the stress of moving.
With a degree in Animal Science, I started after college in the ranching business. Working for Granada Land & Cattle Company, and a family owned ranch, skills and lessons were learned the hard way. I understand the challenges of big corporate ranching and the stress of family run operations. Farm and ranch lands sales are right up my alley.
From ranching to restaurants, I moved out of the field and into the fire. A three-year stint in the family restaurant business and three years in a franchise restaurant business has given me a unique eye for value in new and used equipment, and in locations. I have engineered sales of several restaurants.
Leaving the demands of being a restaurateur, I worked as a Vice President of Commercial Lending for Republic Bank. This career shift afforded me the opportunity to learn the inner workings of business from a different perspective. “When loans go bad you really find out what assets are worth.” My oversight of a 45 million dollar portfolio, learning about business finance gave me the confidence to start my own business.
In 1985, I started a specialty food company and I take credit for creating the first spicy Bloody Mary mix (called RED EYE - Texas Style Bloody Mary Mix). After a very successful 17-year career in the food business I made a lifestyle change. Finding the love of my life I sold the food business. My wife, Carol and I built and managed a bed and breakfast, and wedding chapel business, 7F Lodge. While in the B&B business the thought of auctioneering had a great appeal, since it was an opportunity to utilize all of my knowledge and experience in sales and marketing. As a licensed Auctioneer in the State of Texas, I stay ready to sell just about anything. I can auction real estate.
By no coincidence, but an act of universal fate, my wife and I found a wonderful ranch in Loyal Valley smack in the middle of the Hill Country. Our life set to change to our new frontier as the buyer arrived for 7F Lodge. Carol is working on the plans for our new venture, Tres Lunas Resort, a spiritual spa retreat with a concentration on personal growth and inner healing.

Reenie Pehl,

 Reenie
Pehl, born and raised in Fredericksburg, has been a Realtor for
over 20 years. Reenie has worked in many capacities in the
Gillespie Board of Realtors and the Gillespie Board of Realtors
Multiple Listing Service. She has served as the Secretary and
Treasurer for the local Board of Realtors and held a committee
post on the MLS Committee for over five years. Also, the
Gillespie County Board of Realtors selected her to serve as a
TAR Director in 2003, 2004 & 2005.
Reenie has a very busy family and has learned that
